Chase was an incredible sled dog, he ran back to back rig and single dog races and was tough to beat. He showed heart, drive, strength and speed in harness. A legend in his own right, a Sled Dog Champion within 2 seasons and our first dual titled Champion.
He is one of the highest earning Dual Titled Sled Dogs on the NZFSS Points Leaderboard, having earned 641 points before he retired once he became a veteran to allow room for his grandkids to follow in his footsteps.
Chase was from the litter of CH Melandar National Dream SDCH x CH Melandar Iced Gem SDCH. This is the only Siberian Husky litter in New Zealand where both parents and kids have earned a show Championship Title and Sled Dog Championship Title.
