Rory and I have been breeding Great Danes for some 40 years. During that time we have bred many Best Exhibit in Show winners at both specialty and All Breeds Shows,amassing an outstanding record of 77 Best and Runner Up Best Exhibit In Show awards. Congistador is recognized as the top Great Dane Kennel in NZ worldwide, we have won Dane of the Year for the last 14 years in succession, have Owned/ Bred 2 x of the 3 Great Danes to achieve GRAND CHAMPION in this country, also 2 SUPREME CHAMPIONS in Australia, all accomplishing this supreme title with many BEST EXHIBIT IN SHOW and R/UP BEST EXHIBITS IN SHOW awards, bred/owned 42 Champions in New Zealand, Australia and USA. Our kennel was also awarded top All Breeds Kennel 2008 & 2009 on Dogzonline.. We have worked hard over the years to breed happy, healthy Great Danes and health Test extensively with hips, elbows, thyroid & heart. Our dogs are consistently the
judges choice in the show ring.We are proud of our accomplishments and enjoy seeing our puppies primarily in loving family homes. It is lovely to have them shown but our priority is first and foremost to make sure our puppies are in excellent family environments .
Rory and I are both licensed Judges and have judged specialties in Australia, England, Ireland & Sweden. Including the Midland and West Great Dane club Championship show in the UK 2013
Congistador Great Danes have only exhibited once at Great Dane Club Ch Shows since 2011
