Brooklyn hails from our fifth litter at AmigoReal and is from the second litter sired by our esteemed Korean import, Leonardo (KOR Ch & NZ Ch Neo Fabulous King of Hearts).


Brooklyn’s pedigree is truly exceptional, boasting a lineage filled with Korean Champions, including esteemed multi Champions on her father’s side, as well as a lineage filled with New Zealand Champions on her mother’s side. This stands as a tribute to the relentless dedication and hard work of the breeders who paved the way, carefully integrating the finest bloodlines into their breeding programs.


On April 10, 2023, Brooklyn participated in the FCI Show held at Christchurch, where she was awarded an "Excellent" rating along with the Junior CACIB.


While participating in another FCI Show on August 6, 2023, Brooklyn archived another "Excellent" rating, along with the Junior CACIB.

Regrettably, New Zealand's ability to follow the FCI show system seems lacking, as they only recognize the CACIB dog and bitch, for Best of Breed / Opposite Sex, omitting Junior and Veteran.

On September 23, 2023, Brooklyn earned RESERVE BEST IN SHOW at the Nelson District Kennel Club All-Breeds Open Show judged by Robert Manning.


Brooklyn continues to shine in the show ring, achieving an extraordinary milestone at just 2 years and 9 months old. She has now earned 50 Challenge Certificates, officially achieving her Gold Merit title—an impressive accomplishment that highlights her consistency and quality.

What makes this even more remarkable is that Brooklyn has won every single CC against competition. Unlike many others, she does not travel extensively for shows, primarily competing in Christchurch and the Blenheim/Nelson region. Despite this limited showing schedule, she has firmly established herself as a standout in the breed.

Brooklyn will now take a step back from the show ring as she enters maternity leave, but we look forward to the next exciting chapter—seeing what she can produce in the whelping box.
