We are breeding for sound temperament and active, healthy dogs. To help achieve this we health test our breeding stock as required. We occasionally have older dogs looking for their forever homes. Please email if you are considering opening your home to a more mature Cardigan or Pembroke.

Kawera is located in the Manawatu/Wanganui region in the central North Island of NZ, aiming to breed quality, sound Cardigan Corgis. We aim to offer the complete 'Cardi' experience and are always looking to extend our knowledge of this lovely kind breed. Our breeding stock are all health tested before being introduced to our breeding program.

New to our Kennel is the lovely Pembroke Welsh Corgi.
Very occasional litters will be planned when we want a new pup to show. All breeding stock is carefully selected and any health testing requirements are meet before a mating will be considered.
